Shipping Costs

FREE SHIPPING IN UNITED KINGDOM & REST of World for orders over £150 - by Special Delivery in UK  .

Packaging

Large work will be protected with acid free tissue and packed in a sturdy cardboard postal tube, smaller works will be sent flat protected by heavy board.

If you wish to buy framed work it can be collected from my Studio or sent by courier. Ask for prices for framed work. 

 

Cancelling your order

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us so that we can cancel the order on our system before authorizing your payment. If your item(s) have already been shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 days (see below).

  

Online Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging,  with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to: 155 Fitton Road, Wiggenhall St Germans, Kings Lynn . We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once we have received the item(s) (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an alternative item or a full refund. We would request that you return the item(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt.

Please ensure that you include your name, address and telephone number or e-mail when returning goods.

 

Delivery times

Subject to availability, we will dispatch your goods within 1-5 days of receiving your order.

 

Taxes

All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  We aim to deliver UK and international orders within 3-7 working days. Weekends and UK Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
